In the book Hush the witness protection program helps out the Green. One thing that they do is that they saved the greens from getting hurt or from even being killed. The witness protection program is not always a bad thing. The greens don't like where they re staying but that's the only way that they can be protected.
The witness protection program is not always good. They all had to stay in a tiny room. For food they ate fruity pebbles. They had t go to a new school and change their names. They also did not have a lot of clothes. Those are the good and the bad things.
